Lee Johnson is a performing singer/songwriter/guitarist with roots in Rock, Country, Blues, and Bluegrass. His focus is writing for Country Artists and Film/TV.
Lee has been a full time guitar instructor since 1995. Lee toured nationally with Bluegrass/Rock jam band "Runaway Truck Ramp" 1998-2003. RTR released 2 full CD's and played to loyal fans across the USA. See Rolling Stone Sept 1999 issue "150 bands that make up the soul of Saturday night."
Lee has opened for or shared stages with many great national acts, Peter Rowan, Tony Rice, John Cowan of New Grass Revival, Leftover Salmon, String Cheese Incident, Derek Trucks, Moe and many others.
Lee's education includes B.A.'s in Environmental Sciences 1991 and Music and Sound Technology 1995.
